Contract Freeze Drying & Co-Packing
Freeze drying services for brands that need production without buying the production line — co-packing, toll processing and co-manufacturing on the same commercial systems we engineer and sell.
How a run works
1 — Your product is characterized. Starting moisture, target final moisture, structure, and how it loads onto a tray. This is the step that decides everything downstream.
2 — The run is sized from water load. The pounds of water that must leave your batch — not a generic machine rating — set the schedule and the price structure. Run your own numbers first with the sizing calculator and the cost-per-pound calculator.
3 — Your material stays yours. In toll processing you keep ownership the whole way through. Co-packing adds packaging, so product returns retail-ready under your brand.
4 — The commitment is written for your product. We publish no blanket capacity or turnaround numbers, because those depend on your product's form factor — a one-size figure would be wrong for yours. What we commit to, we commit to in writing, per product.

Runs we quote
Food and ingredients, pet food and treats, nutraceuticals and botanicals, and development runs that prove a product before you commit to equipment. If you are deciding between buying a machine and contracting the work, say so on the quote form — sizing the machine and sizing the run are the same math, and we do both.
